I met up with Bo in Bath to take some flattering portraits of her to use for her online dating profile pictures.  Online dating is such a popular way to meet people these days, the stigma attached to it has gone (yes, I do have Bo’s full consent to put this post on my blog, she’s not ashamed of it… why should she be?).  Many of my wedding photography clients this year have told me how they met through online dating websites and I can think of quite a few friends of mine that use those sites too.  The downside of these online profiles is that you are judged on your image – a lot – it’s going to be the first judgement others make on you before even reading your profile but it’s like this in everyday life too I guess.  The difference here is you can control what you look like in those images so they reflect the very best version of you.  You can control what outfit you wear, how you have your hair styled, what location the images are taken in and by booking a professional photographer, like me, to take the shots you can create some very flattering images of yourself that will give you the very best shot at gaining the attention of Mr/Miss Right when competing with the millions of others also using dating websites.  Best of luck with the dating Bo, hope these images help you to find the man of your dreams!  …..and if they do I know a good wedding photographer 🙂
