On this frosty, cold, grey January morning I’m remembering back to when I was the wedding photographer for Alex and Adam’s wedding at Wick Farm near Bath during the summer of 2013.  They were a lovely couple who flew over from Australia to get married in the UK, bringing the Aussie sunshine with them as their wedding day was in the middle of a UK heatwave so hot that even the Australian wedding guests were complaining about the high temperatures!  I remember the panic they had trying to do all the wedding flowers themselves on the morning of the wedding, the bridesmaids looking gorgeous in their tiffany blue dresses, Alex herself looking amazing in her 50s style wedding dress and mini veil, the stylish Rolls Royce wedding transport, the barn venue which can be dark at times filling with beautiful light that day and the guests having great fun playing games in the garden.
