I can’t believe Sam & Adrian’s wedding date has come around so quickly.  This is their pre-wedding shoot we did in Bristol this summer and the wedding seemed so far away back then but now I’m looking forward to photographing their special day this weekend!  Sam & Adrian live in South London so wanted a pre-wedding shoot to echo the urban grittiness (or should I say graffitiness?) of their local area.  Bath is too beautiful for that so we headed off to the City of Bristol – with it’s world renown graffiti area and 60s architecture which I quite like for the angular shapes.  It was a really fun shoot with these two with lots of laughter and it’s those sort of shoots when I do my best work, when I’m relaxed enough to think creatively and experiment with the images.  I also know just how important it is for couples to feel relaxed in front of my camera, it helps create a connection between them that adds a special spark of emotion to the images.  Can’t wait to see what their wedding at Priston Mill brings….
