I met up with Richard and his family in Bradford-on-Avon for some relaxed Family Portrait Photography.  Richard, his siblings, their partners and their children were all enjoying time together over the Christmas break so what better time than that to take some family photos?  I was able to offer them single portraits, smaller family pairings, couples shots, photographs of the children with their siblings and cousins plus a few whole group shots involving everyone.  I always say this when it comes to family shoots but it is so important to document these special times – it’s only natural that families grow, change and relocate so when you are all together like this why not split the cost of hiring a professional photographer?  You can concentrate on enjoying your time together knowing you’ll get some great and varied images to enjoy afterwards.  I know Bradford-on-Avon well (I live here) and it lends itself to this type of outdoors photoshoot with a canal, bridges, parks and a big old barn – there’s plenty of varied locations and backdrops all within this small town just outside of Bath.  Here’s a few of my favourites from that chilly morning:
