If I ever get married again The Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe would be in my top three venue choices.  As you can see below it’s an absolutely beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere for which the 14th century building and vast manicured gardens are responsible.  Good weather on your wedding day here means your guests can enjoy giant gardens games, relax in deckchairs near the brook, wonder around the pretty Italian gardens or cool down in the shade of the pergoda and children have plenty of space to run around too.  The staff are friendly, smart and attentive and the food is fabulous, well it should be as the hotel boasts a michelin starred restaurant.  The golf courses here is the best in Wiltshire and don’t even get me started on the tiny village that is Castle Combe, it’s otherworldly and a bit like a movie set depicting a quintessential beautiful old english village but it’s real!
